Although the boat should have a medicine chest, better be safe than sorry. Take your usual travel medicines and add to it:

• Pills against sea sickness
• Cream to treat injuries. It is very easy to get bruises on a boat!
• Cream to treat burns
• Disinfecting remedies and band aids.
